Saxton Road Gully Wetland Planting

Invitation for people (all welcome) to come along and support the Saxton Road Wetland Gully Project (1ha). This project is in its 2nd year. Over 300 trees are going to be planted on this day.

LOCATION: 63a Saxton Road, Upper Vogeltown Road, New Plymouth.
FITNESS LEVEL: The site is easily accessible but given trees need to be planted on the hillsides you'll need to be abit sturdy on your feet.

TIME: 10 -1pm H & S BRIEFING 10.15am FREE LUNCH: 12.30pm.
JOBS: Planting trees, putting down cardboard under trees.
WHAT TO BRING: a spade, gloves, sun hat, sunscreen, raincoat, long pants and long sleeve top, drink bottle, good footwear sturdy footwear i.e. tramping or work boots best!).
