Electrifying your Whare: inspiring ideas & local actions

Mike Casey – founder of Rewiring Aotearoa, will be the guest speaker followed by questions and conversation about local solutions. This interactive presentation kicks off a series of mini projects with local experts and peers to facilitate uptake of simple, affordable ways to reduce energy consumption and greenhouse gas emissions.
Who is this for? Anyone with a home (including rented), car, electricity bill, who wants to reduce their costs and climate emissions, and still uses fossil fuels directly or indirectly somewhere ie: most of us!

Where? Taranaki Cathedral Peace Lounge (across the road from Taranaki Cathedral) All are welcome
When? Wed 5th March 6:30-8:00pm.
Gold coin donation to cover hall coverage much appreciated.
Shared finger food from 6:00pm for a 6:30 start
