DIY Sourdough & Mozzarella Workshop

LOCATION: 28 Brooklands Park Drive (Next to Brooklands Zoo), Pukekura Park

Kids bring your parents along to this yummy Junction Zero Waste Hub School Holiday Workshop. Learn how to make your very own sourdough starter, pizza dough, and fresh mozzarella cheese. To top off a fun day of hands-on learning, stick around for our Zero Waste Pizza Party. You are welcome to bring leftovers or homegrown vegetables as toppings but we will provide fresh basil, a simple cold sauce, olive oil, mozzarella and sourdough (Margherita Pizza) as a part of the cost of the workshop.

$10 ticket includes: Pizza Party, $5 Reuse Shop voucher, sourdough starter & fresh mozzarella to take home (BYO JARS x 2).

Unfortunately, this workshop is not suitable for people with food allergies or special dietary requirements!!!
