Nature Cleanup at Bell Block Beach - Sunday 23 February, 10am - 12pm (it is fine to be late!)

This event is family and young kids-friendly! Your pēpi and tamariki are welcome!
ALL WELCOME! You do NOT need to be “fit” or stay for the full 2 hours. Any help is MUCH APPRECIATED!
10am (or later) - Meet in the main parking area (see the map below) for a briefing. Look for the Sustainable Taranaki flag!
BYO gloves and buckets if possible but we'll provide some if needed!
11:30am (or earlier) until 12pm - Meeting back to drop off all the trash collected (we will separate all items to divert as much as we can from the landfill)
No RSVP required! Just show up!
Meeting point:
The aim of this event is:
- to clean this location the best we can
- to divert trash from the landfill
- to engage and educate our community about waste and recycling
- to create a fun and meaningful event for families to connect with the environment and take action towards bettering sustainability/conservation
