The Spring/Summer seed savers gathering is at the beautiful St. Mary's Community Garden.

The community garden has been transformed from a large area of grass, to a productive organic vegetable garden, including fruit, herbs, compost areas, bird boxes and the list goes on. This has flourished in just one year, with lots of mahi, from volunteers, tamariki and many other people. St Mary' Community Garden celebrated their 1 year anniversary a few weeks ago.

Welcome at 1pm
Workshop at 1.15pm to 2.15pm

There will be workshop training for new seedsavers and for everyone else help with seed cleaning and sorting.
Please bring sieves to help with the seed cleaning

After workshops there will be a cuppa and snack (please bring afternoon tea)
Garden Tour
Seed bank open to swap and share seed
Spring/Summer gathering will finish approximately at 4.30pm
