This year Conservation Week in Taranaki will launch with a synchronised beach clean on Sunday, August 13. This event has been organised by the Department of Conservation, with Support from Wild for Taranaki.
Use the events page on Wild for Taranaki’s Action Hub to find an organised beach clean to join near you. If there is not an event near you, you can always do a beach clean in your own coastal backyard! Take a photo of you taking action for nature and send it to Wild for Taranaki Facebook page (@wildfortaranaki). There may be a prize in store for you!
